ALANYA AKDENİZ ALÜMİNYUM METAL SANAYİ TİC LTD. is the data controller in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. ŞTİ's obligations regarding data security are as follows:

Even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, personal data is deleted, destroyed or made anonymous by OUR COMPANY, which is the data controller, ex officio or upon the request of the relevant person.
- Rights of Personal Data Owner Under KVKK
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights specified in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 to our COMPANY using the procedures and methods set out below; OUR COMPANY will finalize the request free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged. In this context, in accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, personal data owners;
